At Cloud Nine Baby, we really believe that when you shop for your baby, your experience should be as special (if not more!) as when you buy your wedding dress. We want you to enjoy this special time and not feel stressed out with all the choices of offer, and we want to make you feel special every time you visit our website or step into our store.
That’s why we offer no obligation one-to-one bookable personal shopping consultations, both in our store in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, and online if you cannot see us in-person. We will use our time with you to chat with you about your lifestyle, your likes, dislikes and get an idea of what brands you like. Then we will help you choose the brands and products which are right for you and your new family. We aim to guide you and reassure you as much as you need us to, so you can buy what you need for you and your baby, when you need it.

The founder of Cloud Nine Baby, Kerry Haynes, has worked with some of the best new brands and international companies in the baby industry both in a marketing capacity and also as the co-owner of nursery retailer platform, Nursery Online.

I have spent 25 years working in the nursery market, and I see every day first hand how important a local nursery store is to a local parent. Parents and parents-to-be need to see and try new products before you buy them. Buying a pram for your baby, is as important to you as choosing your car. Would you buy a car without test driving it? We know thats not always possible and if you have one of our video consultations, we will demonstrate all the features and benefits of the brands you would like to see.
